Property/Lettings Manager – Permanent – Nottingham City Centre – £25000 – £30000 plus commission

My new client who is a small business at the moment, but is now growing rapidly seeks a new addition to their team. This role for Property/Lettings Manager will grow with 12 months and you will be managing at least one new staff member.

Job Specification
Co-ordinating new lettings, arranging maintenance, setting up tenancies, arranging / managing diary for viewings & move-ins, data input, some travel for viewings, etc.
What they will do
They will be responsible for managing new lettings, co-ordinating diary, arranging / doing inspections, managing maintenance reports
How much time on road – probably 1/3 of the week total.

Daily
– Answer phones
-Monitor Arthur system for maintenance issues, admin of adding new tenancies / ending expiring
-arranging/attending viewings
-sending applications out
-speaking with Landlords
-listing new properties
Weekly
-monitoring check ins
-arranging inspections
-all above of a daily basis

-check on contractor works completed
-check for tenancy renewals
-arranging safety certificates
Prospects – Ideally want to hire again before year end, so hopeful to put them as manager of the new staff.
