Our view is that, when the client asks us to recruit, we find out as much as possible about the company, the role, personality required and sort out a fair rate.
We vet all candidates, with 98% of candidates being met face to face ensuring candidates have valid I.D.
All candidates are interviewed before being presented to the client. The end result is an extremely high “fill” ratio and a client that then says “thank you for a value for money” service.
