Salary/Package
- Trainees: ££23,920 – £29,640 Basic
- 40 hours per week (Basic), plus paid overtime
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays

The role
We welcome applications from candidates within reasonable commute from our Nottingham office.
This role will also involve liaison with your office-based colleagues, customers, and suppliers, completing paperwork and documentation, following relevant standards and being able to resolve site issues. Once trained, you will be working independently carrying out the servicing of fire sprinkler systems, in domestic houses and residential properties, such as care homes and apartment blocks.
Candidates will:
- Have an interest in engineering and/or fire safety and/or alarm systems
- Be educated to GSCE standard or above
- Be punctual, organized, flexible, self motivated
- Have excellent communication skills & be able to listen carefully and follow instructions
- A full UK driving licence, preferably clean, for AT LEAST 12 months
- A valid passport
- Aged 18 or over, due to the Working Time Regulations
- Hold a CSCS card (or can obtain one before employment commences)
Overnight stays are often required in accommodation paid for by the Company, with an overnight allowance of £37 for meals, plus an additional bonus of £35 per night, paid in wages monthly.
Most training will be site based practical training, but candidates will be expected to attend external and internal courses/training events when required (paid for by the Company), and pass a qualification. Time spent on coursework at home/in personal time may be required during your qualification.
